Zentar Health & Social Care

Learning disability and autism

Personalised, CQC-registered support that helps children and adults with learning disabilities and autism live with greater independence, stability, and wellbeing — at home and in the community.

Support shaped around the person

Every person has their own personality, preferences, strengths, and ways of communicating. Our Learning Disability and Autism service builds calm, consistent support around those strengths — not a one-size-fits-all model.

We work with families, case managers, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to create plans that promote independence, reduce anxiety, and protect dignity. Care is relationship-led, respectful, and rooted in understanding what matters to the individual.

How we support people

Packages can sit in people’s own homes, supported living, or community pathways. Support is matched to assessed need and can flex as goals change.

What families and partners can expect

Where our teams focus

Independence with the right level of support

Whether someone needs structured daytime visits, overnight support, or a longer-term community package, we focus on what helps them thrive — not what is easiest to roster.

Families remain central. We keep communication practical and collaborative so relatives and advocates stay informed, involved, and reassured as support settles and evolves.
