Recruitment & workforce
Temporary recruitment
Temporary staffing built for the private healthcare market — private hospitals, clinics and independent providers across the UK — with the same uncompromising standard for NHS partners as a framework-approved supplier. A live workforce of over 600 nurses and true 24/7/365 cover for every client we support.
Approved & trusted
Frameworks and accreditations we work on
Temporary placements are delivered through the national and specialist frameworks that healthcare buyers trust. That means transparent rates, audit-ready process, and the assurance that every booking sits on an approved supply route.

Non-negotiable standards
The compliance we require from every member of staff
Every temporary worker we deploy — nurse, HCA, support worker or specialist clinician — must clear the same rigorous compliance bar before they step onto a ward, into a clinic or into a community setting. We do not dilute standards for urgency.
Below is a minimum list — examples of the types of items we need. Requirements can vary by role, setting and framework, and we complete fuller verification where needed.
- Right to work & identity — verified documentation, identity checks and proof of address before first shift.
- Enhanced DBS / barred list — current clearances appropriate to the role and setting, plus overseas police checks where applicable.
- Qualifications & verification — certificates, training records and credentials checked and verified for the roles we book.
- Professional registration — NMC and other register checks kept live, with alerts monitored.
- Mandatory training & clinical competence — role-specific training, skills and experience evidenced before booking.
- Occupational health & immunisations — fitness to practise confirmed to your site requirements.
- References & employment history — recent references and gap checks as part of a full audit trail.
Always on
24/7/365 service for all clients
Temporary demand does not keep office hours — and neither do we. Our temporary recruitment desk operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for all clients, whether you are an NHS Trust, private hospital, clinic or care provider.
That means escalation when a night shift falls through, weekend cover when rotas break, and bank-holiday response with the same compliance standard as a planned weekday booking. One service model. No second-tier clients.
Existing or new clients, contact our 24/7 team on 0330 128 1450.
