Justin works closely with individuals and families from their earliest conversations with Zentar, taking the time to understand not simply what care is required, but how they want that care to feel. With extensive experience in social care, he helps translate individual requirements, routines and preferences into a carefully coordinated service. His warm, personal approach helps ensure families feel listened to, supported and confident throughout their journey with Zentar.
Bhargav ensures the exceptional service promised to our clients is delivered consistently behind the scenes. With more than 20 years’ experience managing people internationally and large-scale workforce operations, he brings considerable expertise in coordinating people and services across multiple countries. He oversees Zentar’s 24/7 operational capability, ensuring our private clients have dependable support, carefully selected professionals and people who can respond whenever their circumstances change.
Sachin oversees the financial administration supporting Zentar’s private and international care services, ensuring arrangements are handled professionally, accurately and discreetly. He works closely with our operational people to make the administrative side of care as seamless as possible for clients and their representatives. For complex or international arrangements, the people he works with provide the structure and responsiveness required to keep everything running smoothly.
