Our referral fee is £50 for supporting staff and £100 for qualified teachers. If you know a colleague who would be a great fit for schools, introduce them to our Education team and get rewarded.

How it works

Refer your friend or colleague to Zentar Education.
They complete registration and begin supply, fixed-term or permanent work with us.
Once they meet the qualifying criteria, your referral bonus is processed.

Refer supporting staff

Refer a teaching assistant, HLTA, cover supervisor or other school support role and receive a bonus once they have completed qualifying supply or placements with Zentar Education.

Earn £50

Refer a qualified teacher

Refer a qualified teacher or SEND specialist teacher and receive a bonus once they have completed qualifying work through our Education team.

Referral terms & conditions

Bonuses are paid once your referral has successfully registered, completed compliance, and met the minimum working requirements with Zentar Education. The referrer must be an active Zentar Education candidate at the time of payment.

Supporting staff referrals (e.g. teaching assistants): £50.
Qualified teacher referrals: £100.
Zentar Education reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme and to withhold payment where eligibility criteria are not met.
